Only 2 mouse clicks are needed to check in or out. Changes show up on the receptionist's screen immediately. Individuals can be grouped by Departments allowing the receptionist to view a department. Double clicking on any department name in the list filters the summary screen on that department.
History logs are printable and exportable to Excel. A reminder checks individuals back "in" automatically when they log into the network. The dual color summary screen makes it a snap to see who is in or out. Each user will have a summary screen that is of the "Read-Only" type. The receptionist can check everyone out for the day with 1 mouse click!
