Q.  Does the price cover everyone or are we charged for each user?    The one time cost covers everyone at your physical location.  There are no hidden charges or monthly fees!  A free reminder is included that will check individuals back in automatically!

Q.  Do we need to install the program on each computer?   No!    The only thing to install on each computer will be the shortcut (icon) to the program.   The installation file will set everything up in a folder on your network for you.   We've tried to make the installation as simple as possible!    It has been tested forwards and backwards!

Q.  What are the system requirements?    The program will run on any network (even simple peer-to-peer small office networks).  Users should have a version of Windows operating system (Windows 95 / 98 / XP / NT / 2000, etc.) on their computer.   Nothing to install on the workstations other than a shortcut to the program!  No files are shared with any other programs.  Safe and ideal for any size office!

Q.  Do you have a web based version?   No!    Because of  increasing internet security issues we feel employee information should not be made public.   Everyone's in/out status should remain on your company's network.    With our 'Check-In Check-Out' program you own the program and the data!

Q.  Can we have more than 1 receptionist?  Sure!   Optimally you'll want to have no more than 2 or 3 individuals accessing the "Receptionist" or control program ... most individuals will be accessing their personal in/out screen that displays their name at the top automatically (it also has a summary screen much like the "Receptionist" main screen) as shown in our online animated demo!

   If you have individuals sharing a computer they can still bring up their personal in/out program! 

Q.  Why not use different colors for each in/out status?  No!   Different colors look great for a short while.  Multiple colors create a "busy" screen causing fatigue for anyone viewing it for long periods of time.  With our dual color summary screen,  a quick glance is all that is needed to determine which individuals are in or out.

Q.  Can we customize the event choices ('Vacation', 'Lunch', 'In Meeting', etc.) ?   Yes!   You can easily customize the event titles in our "Professional" version.  A great tool for adapting the program to your company's needs!   Watch our online 2 minute animated demo!
